I'm posting this on the off chance that someone has already created a custom DataSource for Contentment, that extends "Text Delimited Data" to return a distinct list of values from a column in a CSV file? (I'm using Contentment v3.2.0 in an Umbraco v8.18.9).
Any pointers welcome 👍

Solved it for now with an XML file, the built-in XML Data source and a pinch of XPath trickery 😁
