Looking for Moderators - ALL REGIONS
Dear Governors,
We're recruiting moderators to help us build a positive and healthy environment for all our Governors. Fluency in written English is a must, but we are also searching for prominent speakers in each community-supported language! There is a potential to earn ingame incentives for selected moderators!
CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR MODS FLUENT IN every language that the game supports. An announcement will be made when additional spots are available.
What we look for:
• You are over the age of 16
• You consider yourself a master of Age of Empire and are eager to continue to learn about the game.
• You like playing the role of moderator and you are diplomatic and fair
• You are professional and resilient to critique and can separate your private gaming experience from your role as a moderator
• You are on the Discord daily.
• You are fluent in written English
• You are a team-oriented individual who puts an emphasis on loyalty and working together to help the community.
Past experience as a moderator in other Discords/communities is an added bonus, but it’s not a requirement.
Your responsibilities as a moderator
• You know the rules well and enforce them.
• You take responsibility for your language chats, read and respond to messages from players according to the moderation team standards.
• You are an external representative for the team and when moderating you will act as a moderator first and a player second.
• You provide the users with help and advice.
• You moderate to the best of your ability and knowledge. Willing to ask for help when needed
