im looking to get more range by increasing the power to the video

but it wont work for some weird reason

this is all i see on betaflight while on my other drone (tinywhoop air65) it lets me edit the amount of power to transmition so i get better range

ive got a good headset but im just looking to increase range without the extra cost of new antennas

And basically it looks as if your VTX is simply not set up in Betaflight. So you could ask "how do I set up ...?" and mention which VTX make and model it is that you have.
