I have a liion long range rig with relatively high kv of motors.
I would like to set the max RPM, this way when voltage will sag a lot, high KV will become useful, and on full charge motors won't be overstressed. I have heard KAAACCC is summing motor rpm, so I need a different solution.

How to limit max rpm number for each motor? KAACK?

Ultralight 7" with 2206 1700kv 7042, 6s 21700. AUW 910gr.
I assume 2206 1700kv will burn if it gets the 100% throttle from 6s on 7042 prop. But when the volgae is 3v per cell it will be fine.
