GPS not picking up sats | Betaflight | Page 1

Hello,
I installed an M10 GPS from FlyFish RC. I configured it in the ports tab and it seems to be enabled and FC has established connection to it.
However, while I”m out I don’t get more than 4 sats. The GPS is positioned on top of the battery, no angenna blocking it, facing upwards.
Also I see the GPS antenna has a bulge on it, not sure if it should be there or not.
Any ideas? Bad GPS unit?

After keeping it on for more it got more sats and 3D fix acquired. Testing next days

does the qwad have a direct line of sight with the sky? a roof could affect it
