For example motor 1 spinned CW the first time I clicked then spinned CCW for the second time. I tried to change in BF 4.3.2 or BLHeli but still could not make them consistentcy spin in proper direction. Drone is Flywoo Baby Quad, brand new.

Hello I had this problem too let me send you short video

Put down your props and in betaflight turn on motor to minimum dont worry put your finger and touch the motor and see where your finger push and see in what direction it’s spin and let me know

Thanks. In the video, notice that the motor did not always spin in the same direction on different click.
