Trying to flash my old SPracing f3 flight controller to betaflight 3.5.6

I ran betaflight on another computer and I still get the same issue

you will need to manually put the device into boot mode.

this will be by boot loader button or boot pads.

Make sure the "No reboot sequence" is turned on
