Did you try using the beta after a clean install?

I downloaded the beta without uninstalling the main hyte program before you sent me this toruble shoot pic. I was able to save my pictures from the old program

Hello again! I did the clean install list you sent me I am still having problems where I leave my computer for sometime it still has trouble reading the q60. Do you have any other trouble shooting solutions?
