The closest thing I can think of would be the land of reeds/white reeds greaves they have a similar baggy look to them. You can get the land of reeves set from a merchant in dragonbarrow and the white reeds set can be found in the spiritcaller cave. The eccentric greaves also have a similar fit but are a bit harder to pair with other armour pieces.

I would turn around the character a bit for better lighting. But overall the hat fits well with the pants, but not so much the tabard ( the clothing on armor ). Also really hard to find a good fit for the mask
