Maybe try out the Veteran’s or Royal Knight’s Gauntlets for a bit of extra defense and poise? Color should match decently well.
You could also try adding some stuff from Farum Azula; the pot shield and the curved greatsword.
Other than that, I’m not sure there’s much you can do. We know what a Leyndell Dragon Cult member looks like, it looks like any other Leyndell knight.

Aristocrat might be a bit gaudy? And the Commoner’s might be a bit too subtle, might get lost in the hair.
You could try the unaltered version, it’s in Volcano Manor. The added veil might be able to do something for you.
If you’re gonna go that route though, I might recommend the Nox Monk headdress, as it has a much larger veil, and could add to the “holy knight” aesthetic.

Unrelated, but, I tried to make something of a historically accurate Viking. The helmet has been the real sticking point, unfortunately.
I’ve tried the various soldier helms, the Iron Helmet from the Weeping Peninsula; nuts, to all of them.
