Turn off all the HUD in pause menu settings. For more freedom, use cheat engine and I believe there is freecam to fly the camera around without your character. (You have to launch elden ring in offline mode without Easy Anti Cheat in order to use cheat engine)

Use caution when downloading stuff relating to cheat engine. Viruses run rampant if you get the wrong things.

There is two methods I know of - to evade elden stars: Once he starts the stars attack - u run diagonally right towards him and run past him and keep running straight (with torrent its even easier - but without works too)

The other method is harder - u can script stagger exactly when he does stars and stagger him with charged attack to avoid stars
