Peri's ability: "parallel pass"

When flung:
Peri's Shadow will follow above, able to pass through objects and terrain, a projection, that follows parallel to his location.
When tapped:
Peri will whirl up to meet his shadow, resulting in a small burst and leaving a gust of wind in his wake. Anything caught in the temporary gust is affected and flung upwards with him.
Peri's ability is good for upwards movement and damaging from underneath. The ability will activate one second after contact with terrain or towers, like with Bubbles and Bomb.
Bonus use:
Peri can be flung into a tower, for example, toppling it and bringing it to the ground. Then, when his ability activates, he'll bring the debris upwards with him as he travels, throwing it up at anything above.
