Lastly Luke made every design ever with this character and the reason was because he actually cares about the character and wants Hockey back in the spotlight. Just like Krima tried to with Ruby. It's not a fanmade character. It's called a retake when people try new things with old stuff. And here he even has his old hat. So it does stand out and is being recognized.
