Chuck is into Ruby ONLY possibly as said by Krima most likely, but she can also pick Bomb instead. But it's a toons universe, not Movie. Toons Red is confirmed to never love anyone. Movie Chuck... While we have Movie design for her she didn't officially appear anywhere outside Toons dimension, so we don't know if they'll have the same personality and fit eachother. For Movie I'd go with Willow, or at least Poppy.
