He remembered that day. Willow left the room. Both blush, anger and confusion covered her face. Her mind was a storm. Spinned around like she does during the fight. And so she did. Fought conflicting feelings about this moment she just had, and leaving Chuck behind wondering how much he has failed his... At this point, close friend.

Sure he was trying to help. But he did it the way he always does - fast and radical. The moment she shared her issue he didn't gave her a chance to reflect it. He didn't try to convince her to solve this issue the way he assumed would fit. He didn't even asked her if she needed help. While she definitely would do better without running from her problems forever - it didn't mean she should have run into them head first.
-- Stupid, stupid me! -- Chuck exhaled in his house alone.
Usually when his friends complained he tried to turn this into a joke. But that was definitely not a situation to make fun of. He worked with him in the same café, she did leave a mark on his personality since he owed her a compensation for the mess he had done in the building, making him learn to take things slow. They saved each other on the several occasions in the heat of the battle too, when both flocks had to fight off pigs, or aliens, or even demons and zombies! That was definitely something. And he couldn't get it out from his chest. She wasn't a stranger to him, neither Dahlia or Poppy, Stella were. But when he rushed the things it always had a price.
-- So, what do i do now? I really shouldn't have taken her to the cosmetologist the moment she revealed about her colored feathers without her agreement!
Chuck was running circles in his bedroom and stopped all of a sudden. He tried to relieve his stress and pressure. But then, metaphorical light bulb appeared near his head and he exclaimed cheerful "aha", and putting his finger up. If he made a mistake from the impulsive decision, he will make a biggest apology he could have! And it will be expressed the way they would love to see - through art...

Next day, when Willow opened her window to breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the morning sunshine, she was stunned from the view in front of her beak.
She, kind of, expected Chuck. Sure, his action, despite good intentions, was very rude but, she never told herself she'll never speak to him again. Of course, she predicted that he will try to do something about it, Chuck never was the guy to abandon his friends, but that.. was truly a shocker.
The house of Red nearby her own had a sign with the written "I'm sorry" by the dye. The tree near had one one, hanging from the ropes, too. The sand beneath. Chuck had the big apology as well. Not to mention the cloud above in the sky being formed as yet another one! And ofc Chuck had one in his wings, the last sign of this kind, posing like a guilty kitten, and the puppy eyes. When she got it through her head she giggled... Until she heard police in the distance....

In few hours canary were talking about the upcoming anniversary in the café and their preparations for it. Just life, and agreed to play together the DnD session with Red, Stella,Silver Duolingo and whoever else would agree to come. Gladly, policeman sent to deal with the act of "vandalism" there didn't detained the yellow guy, thanks to the fact Willow was a popular artist on the Bird Island and was allowed to make an art project even on the streets, and she explained to him that Chuck was helping her with one of this, "about the hardest things from birds beaks to be told, one of which is apology", making cop leave with a shrug and "Oh, the art" quote. She saved him from the troubles. Because, while reckless, that was a very nice of him....

P.S. We used the fact these two working together form the canon book called Angry Birds: No Need For Speed, Rovio had, where Willow had her own cafe, Chuck tried to help her and Stella flock to run it, kinda failed, but things got resolved. In our own lore they still work together. And are good friends. I guess.

Art depicts a scene from our lore where previously, Chuck tried to help Willow, with her "shy issues". When he has found her lost hat, she told him that her feathers were soaked in the dye, and she's too shy to clean them, while don't wanna cut em completely, because either way she's shy to go to barbar or cosmetologist, and on that note she appeared in a flash inside the cosmetologists chair, while Chuck added that he won't complain or mock her because he's mute. Which, as expected, wasn't really cool for Willow and she felt offended by it so she left and wasn't talking to Chuck for a while. This art is about events right after that.
