Powers: Flying with collected Water, like a Jetpack (Sprays water on structures)
The Water Loving Duck. Looks like a water balloon. Spends his free time swimming in his favourite pond. Was unknowing of the flock until they discovered him. He ended up becoming best friends with bubbles for their inflatable powers.
