What is the purpose of the bulges on the top right?

as a gps antenna angled 90° to the side would not produce good results, 45° angled it works when you have the device angled vertical as well horizontal.
the rotary encoder base is quite big and the outer wall was getting to thin so I added some which resulted in the bulge
you c an check the printables page for more pictures where you will see the inside, that makes it easier to understand I guess 😉
