That log says v3.1.9 at the top, are you using v3.1.9.4 or just v3.1.9?

Ah, yeah the in-app updater in v3 didn't work very well, so it's probably not updating the app correctly. I would recommend downloading the version I forwarded above, and then if it prompts you to update again when you open that new version just say no
