Well, I'd recommend to think more about composition next time. The art is called "Yacht Sniper", which means that the sniper is the main character, I guess, but he is barely recognizable here. Better camera position would make better effect. Like here, for example:

The main character catches the focus of the viewer first and then it moves to his targets along the rifle's barrel (something like the pointing vector)
