Basically, if you enter freecam and then enter and exit out of build mode, the regular game UI shows up. If you click on something like settings, it keeps you in freecam mode, but still "shows" the settings menu. Only way to exit freecam in this state is to leave the game

you can exit it aswell by going inside a car
