These are two kinda different issues but result in a similar thing.
If you make a small enough build it won't save in the same place you put it, it's not consistent but after enough rejoins it will move and results in clipping as seen in video/images below.
A similar thing happens with if you put your move increment low enough it'll sometimes round up the number on what is displayed, my guess is that all of this is a rounding issue. I have no idea if this is roblox specific or it's to do with oaklands.
