add a gamepass that gives the owner the ability to spawn anything they want on their head. this gamepass will cost R$500-1,000 and have a 15 second cooldown for no spamming. this spawn panel will have access to any item that is legally allowed for a player to have in a testing server. this means no GBTRAs, wooden tools, rayguns, etc etc.
