Advanced Blueprint Fabricator

• Lets you create Advanced Blueprints with a 5,000 schematic limit
  The more schematics there are, the higher the blueprint's cost
• Lets you enter Advanced Build Mode, which could look like Blender
• Lets you create pre-filled blueprints, that can only be used once
  For that, there would have to be a form of "material storage", just like Material Gun's
• Lets you to lock schematics. Locked schematics cannot be selected by other blueprint fabricators. They also cannot be replicated in build mode. (this would prevent reselling)
