The topper will fall off like the eye of a hallow tree, and it can be refined into Green prismarine, it will look like prismarine but lumite green. When forged, it will look like forged prismarine but yet again lumite green.
There is a 30% chance regular kelp can be transformed into gleam kelp if cut by a gleam axe.
The gleam axe can one-shot every tree exept thick ones like baobab.
There is a 5% chance that when cut, the topper will grow lumite ores.
If cut by the living axe, the topper will stay on until picked off of the tree by dragging it, similar to flowers and foliage growing out of bushes.
