Mojang and many other companies allow their games to have free mods, but obviously don’t like when modders make their mods paid or have paid features. Just so Essential doesn’t get taken down because it does have cool features, I think the paid cosmetics feature should be removed and instead be free. Like, you can just have a patreon if you want money for your mods, and it won’t get you into legal trouble lol.

The EULA explicitly does allow monetizing through selling cosmetics! We have direct contact with Minecraft’s enforcement team who have confirmed that our project is EULA compliant.
