Respawn punisher is too risky. Especially when you play more aggressive, you're more likely to die by taking more fights which means you'll take punishment too, and chargers outranging you can be troublesome for it

Oh, okay, but what can I use as a main booster to replace it? Maybe ink refill or swimming?

Im unsure beyond that because I'm not experienced with wellstring, but maybe special charge?

Didn't some people use run speed..? Because I don't remember if people build into mobility much with it or not

Special recharge is used, but only in very small amounts, so I don't find it feasible. Run Speed is also used, but in large quantities, otherwise it does nothing.
