since there seems to be some clashing elements that makes this a bit poor regardless what it might be, but it still would be useful to know for what weapon

this is like almost usable on like maybe zap I guess but yeah you generally want to pick a weapon first and make gear around it that strengthens its playstyle

This is pretty close to a Zink Mini Splatling build. Stealth jump would be necessary and you could slot in an extra run speed over the special power up.
