I've been trying to finding some people to make a team, not necessarily just for the fun of it ( even tho its important to have fun in a team) but to get good together. Any tips on finding people that are willing to be in a team?

Its pretty hard to find a team. servers like this are a good way to start. If you meet people you liked playing with, send them a friend request and keep talking to them, ask if they wanna keep playing, and things like that. Best advice though, look in the competitive community for players. Use servers like Luti, Sendou, and Splatoon Recruitment and Free Agency and look for people through there if you want something more serious
