Yes it’s usable now, I’ve found it very useful with Splatana wiper

Usable with minor problems, though they're no more of an issue than in 2 now (quite possibly was made more consistent). The point-blank blindspot seems to be completely gone, & most issues with max range hits I've had seem to be from the connection rather than the special itself.
