just received the package
update both havles to firmware v3.0.0 from windows 11
LED is syncing with left and right
there is input from the left but completely nothing from the right
same issue on windows, macos and arch linux

I don't know how but after a lot of normal and factory flashing and using built-in connector it is working

Looks like it needs to be connected with included bridge or it will not work
