#ASCII Macro for + doesnt exist in the layout manager

you can map the keypad + to a key already, but apart from that it might be a limitation of the interface standard. If your bound language doesn't support that keybind, no amount of manager tweaking can change that.

But yes, action code 43 (acsii plus) does exist (in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1--T9bXshCIC-OVly-CY3rK87fgb7AHgJl3IySh7cmHc/edit#gid=0) but not in the keymap in the source code of device manager (https://github.com/CharaChorder/DeviceManager/blob/86ec8651b6b3834f435426c80db3e77315974a5a/src/lib/assets/keymaps/ascii.yml#L13). It seems to be a bug.
