#Keyboard crashes and reboots when populate button is hit
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
The theory is that not clearing the pre-CCOS chords causes them to remain on upgrade. So after the upgrade, CCOS was reading this bad chording data, crashing and rebooting itself. RST CLEARCML was probably able to clear this.
This theory is supported by the fact that iq-eq reported over 700+ chords for a new device, which should not be possible.

thank you for help guys !
I connect my device on the serialterminal.com website and then my CC1 become deactivated, does anyone know how to fix this?
BTW, the device name become Seeeduino XIAO rather than Charachorder
Interesting.
And I open that website and click 'connect', then the device cannot work at all
I can see the drive on my computer
Do I need to drop a uf2 file into this folder?
How to check the firmware version
GG @stray kraken, you just advanced to level 1!
Web site created using create-snowpack-app
Visit that website, then click connect
It will tell you what firmware you have
I can only see the Seeeduino, rather than Charachorder
But I remembered is suppose to be 0.9.15?
Okay wait, can you voice call right now?
Yea
