Missing Memory viewer for InterShardMemory

In the client, the Memory tab gives you access to Memory, segments, but missing from that is something that would let you see the status of local InterShardMemory, possibly a feature to clear it all out without needed the shard to be ticking (so that you could fix lingering data being stuck there).

Yes, especially "clear it out when it's not ticking".

Currently the only way to do that is spawn a creep to find an intershard portal, hope it doesn't get shot by another player on the way, so you get ticks and can clear it.
