i took this idea from another server, a small suggestion could be considering to assign some trustful People a new role called community helper
What is helper role?
Helper roles are for trusted members looking to help out and get involved with their respective categories. Helpers are not moderators and can’t issue official server strikes, just you can ping moderators which problem happened in channel.
And helper cannot do dms or anything, only helper in channel ask for trusted members 🤝 feel free help if you have any issues.
