what a coincidence that i was just seeing in detail how ping works in videogames (specifically fps shooters but it can also apply here).
basic explanation: pc (client/host) thinks you're taxing (on land) --> server (because of the lag, it hasn't got any response) says "no, you are on air."
when the traffic jam in ur network stabilises, the data packages (the stuff that is sent to the server related to ur location and updates it for everyone else in the server too) are sent all at once to the server, which the server gives back "oh, okay, got it, but, nothing has been sent to me in the last x seconds" (the seconds it took the data to go from your pc to the server, measured in ms / milisecond) "meaning that ill put you where i last remember you were" (last data that was sent), and then the anticheat probably doesn't think "this player is lagging", it thinks u are teleporting and it kicks you.
Maybe you were connected to a roblox server that is very far away from you
