How do I let someone else fly a plane?

Pretty self explanatory.
I've seen someone give permission to someone else in here to test out a limited plane and I'd like to know if it is/was an actual thing, cuz it'd be cool to let my early friends fly something like the new f-15 or the darkstar

This works already, it's a semi-new feature

They won't be able to do contracts or missions in them, but they can fly it

How?

Just ask them to enter the plane as if its theres

If you exit a vehicle and walk up to it, you can press E to enter the pilot seat

It only works in realistic mode
