My friend join me but quest section is empty, he disconnect and reconnect and again empty, someone have a solution ?

we have already done it, it had this problem last night (French time zone) and in the meantime we have changed servers several times.

he launched the game on mobile, he had his quests, he just came back to playstation 5 and his quests reappeared.
