That's not "redacted", looks more like the font you are using does not include Arabic characters?
Hard to tell with a screenshot and not the actual PDF
Do they render properly in the HTML?
If they do, i am going to claim this is more a Pisa problem/bug, not Django 🤔
Also, you seem to include an Arabic font using a name, but then not using that font.

iam not following what do you mean that iam using an arabic font but not using tint
You have named the font you are including Arabic Font
