Can't see the changes after changing things in django project

I tried to see the changes after changing things in django project, but when i do sudo systemctl restart gunicorn since i deployed it through digitalocean droplet, I don't see any change at all, it keep giving me the django startup page.

Are you're deploying where gunicorn is expecting your app to be?
