I have a model https://bpa.st/4KCA. I'd like a page that lists Meal's along with options to sign up for takeaway, eat in, or both depending on what is offered on the individual meal and if the (authenticated) user has already signed up for one of the options. What is the best way to do that?

You want it like I can see multiple meals available listed, when I click on anyone of them, it asks me for takeaway or eat in or both ? right?

yeah I'd like to have checkboxes for eat in and takeaway, it should be possible to choose both
