No, this was a older deployment
this is running in vmware
this is running on4.1 version

It looks like file system corruption, or someone deleted /home/admin.
Ca you do ls -al /home ?

If you can sudo bash (you should) then you can mkdir /home/admin/ and chown admin:nabox /home/admin/
