Is there anything that could cause the flexgroup constituatants to not be collected even after setting the value to true in all four effected volume.yml files and rebooting?

@proud flower Could you add the KeyPerf collector to all pollers in harvest.yml, restart Harvest, and then verify if it works? If not, then please share logs as suggested above.
