ONTAP: Cluster only Shows empty values | NetApp | Page 1

Hi,
Not Sure If this happened after the Update to Grafana 13.0, but this Dashboard is Not showing anything any more.
My assumption is that the variables Tag and Cluster should Not be empty.

Can anybody confirm or explain this? Harvest nightly 2026-04-13, Prometheus 3.6.0 and mimir 3.0.6

@uneven reef Is this issue only occurring on the ONTAP: Cluster dashboard?
Is the Datacenter dropdown populated with any data?
Do you see any errors on the dashboard when you open it?

Datacenter DB is working, only Cluster is empty and No Errors while opening can be seen

If you edit the Cluster drop down and remove tags filter from it
Do you start getting the data in cluster drop down?

@uneven reef , I have validated default Ontap: Cluster dashboard with Grafana 13.0.1 and mentioned dashboard works fine for clusters with and without tags.

Can you share your cluster.json dashboard to us via our email ng-harvest-files@netapp.com, so we can validate it.

Thanks @uneven reef for the json file. I have imported your json in Grafana 13.0.1 and seems it would be populated all the details of 90 days from my prometheus.

Attached the screenshot for the same.

Could you please share the promQL response of metric last_over_time(cluster_new_status[90d]) and last_over_time(cluster_tags[90d]) in the same location @ https://upload.nabox.org/bijy-zeci-hypu
