We have 2 SG clusters deployed. NetApp warranty expired Dec of last year, they were recently put under contract via CDW.
However, I am not able to access the downloads for the systems.
Is there something specific we need to do for access?

Spent some time looking for you, your systems and entitlements in our support system.
My findings this far is it seems CDW has renewed HW support for:

  • 2 x SG100 service appliances. Serial numbers ending with 47 and 60.
  • 4 x SG6060 nodes, S/N ending in 26,189,206,306.
There might of course be orders that I have not managed to identify.

From back in 2022, I find 2 different orders, each containing 4xSG6060 and 2xSG100, for two different addresses.
One of the two orders contains SG software for 3712TB
2 orders x 4 SG606 x 58 disks each x 8TB per disk = 3712 so that adds up.

SG support consists of 2 parts.
SG software as well as any appliance HW.
And these parts are sold separately.

To renew everything that was sold back in 2022, there would be renewal for 8 x SG6060, 4 x SG100, and finally renewal for 3712TB SG software.

Until SW support is renewed, you won't be able to download new SG software.

In the grid GUI, go to maintenance -> license file.
There you can get the GRID SW serial number.

If you DM me more details, I can have a closer look.
