Hi, we are using MCIP & I just saw that we can configure switches in NAbox. Is there an official documentation available on how to create a 'Monitoring' user on the switches? And is it permitted under the terms of the support contract? I was told that the customer is not allowed to make any changes to the switches, except for importing the RCF file created with the NetApp tool.
