I may have made a "boo boo" by trying to setup the Tennenant Manager access via port 443 on a loadbalancer VIP... I think I did the right thing but not sure...
I remember that I alco chose to allow client access from unsecure (as this will be reachable from the outside)... We have set this up with 3 seperate networks, so S3 traffiic and tennanet portal should be running on the client network... the grid admin is on another network. but it stopped responding to https and ssh (still pingable) after I set this up... I them logged on from the console as admin and su'ed to root and tried to issue the command storagegrid-status which isn't there??

Described in the docs.. but there you go... the docs shows version 12, and we are on version 12... ?? Any suggestions are welcome... we will try to reboot the admin node to see if that fixes something...
