NABOX 4.0.9 cannot collect metrics from ONTAP | NetApp | Page 1

I have a nabox instance version 4.0.9 and i added an ontap system to it, platform is fas9000 and ontap 9.14.1p10. in the nabox gui the ontap system appears but all metrics are empty or appear with a "-" symbol. "dc logs" in nabox shows a bunch of errors "connection reset by peer" from the ONTAP system. no firewall rules blocking access, credentials work, and a different ONTAP system running the same ONTAP version works properly. what else can we check?

Can you do a curl -k https://ontapsystem/ in nabox ?

Hi, we deployed a new nabox with the newest version. Adding the problematic cluster worked but the metrics still work only periodically. what can we check?

you can check the logs for havrest container

we run the command and saw a lot of logs with level error and message "connection reset by peer"
