Trying to update a FAS8020, currently on version 9.3P21. Trying to update it to version 9.7 using multihop (with version 9.5). I have both the images already on a reachable location.
When I try to download the images to my netapp, I get the error in the title, shown in the image. These seem to be the exact steps I find on https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/ontap/upgrade/automated-upgrade-task.html - in the example, it is also a .tgz file so I'm confused why my netapp is telling me the archive format is not recognized. If I do system update image -package, I can install 9.5P19 into my alternative image, so it seems to be reading that image correctly, it just fails on cluster image get.
I appreciate if anyone has any suggestions or knows what I'm doing wrong.
