I'm not sure but I'm guessing it's this:
Each part in a multipart upload must be between 5 MiB (5,242,880 bytes) and 5 GiB (5,368,709,120 bytes).

Yeah, this was also my first guess, but doc's also say:
"The last part can be smaller than 5 MiB (5,242,880 bytes)." - And this is the "last part"
