Just upgraded our nabox to Harvest 25.11.0 ... All looks good so far, except we seem to have a bit of a performance problem, in the ONTAP:Volume dashboard Highlights our "Volume Average Latency" has increased slightly to 92.7 s(econds). Seems a bit unlikely, has anyone else noticed this?

hi @vernal glen not sure if you noticed that we called out some changes to how volume latencies are collected in the release note announcements. https://github.com/NetApp/harvest/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#announcements Can you check System Manager for the same cluster and see if you see a similar value? You mentioned that it increased slightly - what was it before the upgrade?

Humm. Seems to be that just one vol is returning a huge number for latency and that volume appears to be offline

The rest have more normal values e.g. hundreds of uS (microseconds)

does SystemManager show a similar value for the offline volume? Glad to hear the rest of the latencies look reasonable

When you use System Manager, you realise how good Harvest + Grafana are 👍🏻

System Manager is also showing some huge numbers of seconds. But I have never noticed this before. /Me wonders ... do offline volumes even have latencies?
